Accountability Wednesday

Well, another week is in the books, and another trip out of town.  I feel good that, although I gained, I didn't gain back ALL of what I had lost.  I'm really happy with the Fitbit, and I think its a great motivator.  Mark aims to get in all his steps and flights of stairs every day!

Activity: 21741 steps, 9 floors, 8.93 miles
